I’m a technology executive at a prominent internet company. As Ed has put it, I am an “analytical thinker” After hearing others talk about real estate investing for years, I conducted my own extensive research and felt I was ready to take the plunge. I Went From Information-Gathering To DOING!

After taking a Rehab boot camp with a national seminar real estate guru, I had enough high level knowledge to do a rehabber, but didn’t have enough confidence to do my first deal, until I met Ed.
