Our Mentoring Program has Three Levels:
Level 1: ‘Blast Off’ — this level is for 6 months. Once you’ve been accepted into the program, you’ll have 1 hour, initial consultation with Mr. Rooney. You’ll walk away with a marketing plan that will get your phone ringing within 2 weeks. This level gets a great deal of focused time and attention. Level 2: ‘Mach 1’– this level is for 9 months. Once accepted into this program, you’ll have 2 – 3 hours, initial consultation with Mr. Rooney. He’ll teach you a marketing plan that will get your phone ringing within two weeks. This level gets everything included in level 1, plus a whole LOT more. Mach 1 students are really ready for HIGH SPEED ACTION! They get to come into our offices for ONE full day to work with Ed and Jonathan to learn HOW to evaluate deals. Priceless! Mach 1 students are also able to go to look at 2 properties, with Ed, which includes drive time and a complete walk through/evaluation of the properties. Level 3: ‘Mach 2’ – this level is for 12 months. Once accepted into this program level, you’ll have 3 – 4 hours, initial consultation with Mr. Rooney and will have your marketing plan in place, along with much more. This level gets everything in levels 1 and 2 … and then some! These students are ready for WARP SPEED and will be able to spend TWO full days in our offices, working with Ed and Jonathan to learn HOW to evaluate deals. Priceless! Mach 2 students are also able to go to look at 3 properties, with Ed, which includes drive time and a complete walk through/evaluation of the properties. And much more.
